Every price is per person and drops as the group grows. Fayoum day tour: $100 each for two, $80 for three, $70 for four, $65 for 5-8. Fayoum with BBQ dinner and stargazing: $130 each for two down to $95 for five. Siwa Oasis private: $250 each for two, $220 for three, $200 for four, $150 for 5-8 — or $235 on the Saturday and Tuesday join tour. Vehicle, guide, camping equipment and the meals listed on each tour page are included; entrance fees and the $13 desert permit are paid on site.
Can I see the Milky Way?
Yes. Both the Fayoum stargazing tour and every Siwa itinerary include a desert camp far from light pollution, where the Milky Way is visible to the naked eye on clear nights.
Is a one-day desert tour possible?
Yes — Fayoum works as a full day from Cairo. Siwa needs a minimum of one night because of the 7–8 hour drive each way.
