Yes, most Korean passport holders require a visa for Egypt. You can get a Visa on Arrival at the airport for $25, or apply in advance via the official Egyptian e-Visa portal. Bodda Tours will guide you through the process.
All tours include a private vehicle, a professional guide, and transfers between destinations. Entrance fees may not be included in the base price and can be added as optional extras. Check each tour page or contact us for full details.
Egypt is a Muslim-majority country, so halal food is widely available at most restaurants. Korean and Asian restaurants can also be found in Cairo and major cities. Please let us know any dietary requirements when booking.
Major tourist areas (Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, Red Sea coast, etc.) are generally safe for tourists. Our guides stay up-to-date on safety conditions and all tours follow verified safe routes. We recommend checking your government's travel advisory before departure.
We accept cash (USD or EGP) and bank transfer. You can pay the guide directly in cash on the day of the tour, or confirm your booking in advance via bank transfer. Credit cards and app payments are not currently supported.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 72 hours before the tour departure. Cancellations within 72 hours may not be eligible for a full refund. Contact us via WhatsApp or KakaoTalk for any cancellation or rescheduling requests.
Bodda Tours specialises in Egypt tours with Korean-speaking guides. Korean-language guides require advance booking and we will confirm availability at the time of reservation. English-speaking guides are always available.
Cairo day tours typically run 6-8 hours. Giza Pyramids tours take about 6 hours, Siwa Oasis is a 2-night/3-day tour, and Alexandria day tours run about 10 hours including round-trip transport. Check each tour page for exact schedules.
As Egypt is a Muslim country, modest clothing covering knees and shoulders is recommended. Long pants and sleeved tops are required for mosques and religious sites. Summer (May-Sep) is very hot and dry so lightweight breathable fabrics are best. Winter (Nov-Feb) can be cool in the evenings so bring a light jacket. Comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses and a hat are essential.
Tipping (baksheesh) is customary in Egypt. It is common to tip your guide and driver at the end of the tour, with the amount based on your satisfaction. Bodda Tours does not require tips — tipping is entirely at your discretion. Small tips are expected for restaurant staff, washroom attendants, hotel staff, so carrying small bills is recommended.
Yes, solo travellers are very welcome on our private tours. We offer custom tour options designed for solo adventurers, with a Korean-speaking guide accompanying you throughout for a safe and comfortable experience. With a private vehicle and guide assigned exclusively to you, you can adjust the schedule freely according to your preferences.
